The UPS Store

I have used this store for years. Sad to say I will not again. I paid $50 for next day for a gift to arrive on time. Not only did it not arrive on time, we are now 3 days past guaranteed time and package still not delivered. Things happen. I get it. What I don't get, this store will not refund my money until "UPS actually delivers the package. Then they can start the refund process". What process? You failed, refund my money. The storefront sign says, "UPS" but the manager explained he can't refund my money until "UPS files a claim and gives them back the money". I didn't give my money to some phantom "UPS" entity...I gave it to you at 37637 5 Mile road location. So not only did my package not get delivered, I am stuck entering a tracking number over and over to monitor when this store corrects their error and then following up to get my money back. Dishonest and unfair business practice to say the least.**update** It has been two weeks and I have not received a refund. This store's snarky response implying I had no reason to worry was frustrating, to say the least. I am still waiting for my $50 refund and their telling me no need to watch and worry is insulting and, obviously now, untrue.

Everyone is the store was very pleasant. I was able to work closely with Reno and he went above and beyond to assist me. I was having trouble with printing some documents and he did not stop giving me solutions until we fixed the issues. I really appreciate service like this. Having a business myself it’s amazing having someone like this in customer service. Thank you Reno! Have. Great day!

Used to do business with this store all the time until recently. They have a policy to taking advantage of people making Amazon returns. Returned three Identical items, all shipped in the same mailer bag. Amazon policy is no packaging necessary, just use the code provided. When I brought the items to this location they made me buy a mailer for $3.00 for one of the items. This makes no sense. Nobody including the manager would listen to reason. They have lost our business forever over $3.00. Another example of poor customer service.

My wife shipped two different prescriptions up to me NDA from Florida. I'm a truck driver, and although it was incredibly expensive it was still cheaper than taking dirt cheap freight to get me close to the house for her to meet me. The staff was awesome. It was delivered to this location by 11:00 AM. Tracking was spot on, and I've never seen such a large staff at any other UPS store. They must do a large amount of business. $5.00 hold fee, and I was literally in, and out in 5 minutes. 5/5. Definitely recommend.
